REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN: JA COMPANY PROGRAM 2026

We are excited to announce that registrations are officially open for the 2026 JA Company Program, Junior Achievement’s flagship entrepreneurship program for Senior High School students.

This year’s program runs under the bold theme: AI Augmenting Innovation

The 2026 cycle equips students with practical entrepreneurship skills while introducing them to responsible and creative uses of Artificial Intelligence to strengthen innovation, problem-solving, and business development.

Research shows that students who participate in the JA Company Program are;

  • 73% more empowered to take on leadership roles
  • 67% more confident in competing in the job market
  • 63% more knowledgeable in entrepreneurship

At a time when young people must be both adaptable and future-ready, the Company Program provides real-world experience that translates directly into confidence, capability, and opportunity.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship from industry professionals, and competitive pitching, students will progress from idea generation to building real student-led companies, culminating in the National Business Pitch Competition, where the winning team will represent Ghana at the Africa Company of the Year Competition in South Africa.

The program includes:

  • Ideation and introductory workshops
  • An AI Prompt Engineering for entrepreneurs workshop
  • Core entrepreneurship lessons using new program manuals and videos
  • Mentorship and coaching sessions with professionals
  • National and continental-level competitions

We are extremely grateful for the continued support of our partners, PMIEF and Peter Gbedemah, whose commitment to youth development and innovation makes this program possible.
