JA Ghana is excited to continue the Cha-Ching Curriculum Programme, made possible by the Prudence Foundation. This impactful financial literacy initiative, running since 2024, is set to benefit 21,000 students in Classes 4 and 5 across Ghana by June 2025.
What the Programme Delivers
- 21,000 students equipped with critical money management skills: earning, saving, spending, and donating.
- Expansion into the Western and Central Regions, reaching over 400 primary schools.
- 400 teachers trained to deliver the Cha-Ching curriculum effectively.
- Partnership with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and NaCCA to advocate for integrating financial literacy into Ghana’s national curriculum.
Key Features
The programme also includes a Financial Literacy Forum in collaboration with Prudential Ghana, highlighting its impact and the need for financial literacy in schools. In addition, 50 teachers are participating in the Cha-Ching Financial Accreditation (CCFA) framework to enhance their skills and professional growth.
