JA Girls Leadership Camps bring together girls from the ages of 14-19 to help them develop their life plans; learning important lessons on a variety of subjects including health, wealth, family, professionalism, etc. A Leadership Club is set-up in the school with the help of the authorities to convene weekly for 8 weeks after school hours. The Girls are then taken through Pre-Recorded Presentations, Virtual Reality Experience and Self Advocacy Projects.
The goal of the Girls Leadership Camp is to develop the leadership skills of young girls and inspire them to make bold career decisions. Girls can develop and strengthen their leadership abilities through activities, discussions, and projects. The girls also gain increased confidence, enabling them to express their ideas, take risks, and overcome challenges.
