JA Company Program

A hands-on, experiential entrepreneurship program where high school students organize, capitalize, and operate an actual business within their school year, learning all aspects of running a company.

About This Program

Students experience the real-world challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship by creating and managing their own student-run company. From developing a business idea to selling products or services, students learn teamwork, financial management, and business operations.
